We have a work/life balance in place and a lovely nursing team that is always happy to assist the vets and reception ladies.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
We work as a team and we do hang out quite a bit. We support each other at work and at home if needed. I love that we can do most things at the hospital instead of referring them to Perth and our clients trust us with their pets.

What do you like about being part of the Busso Vet family?

It extends far beyond work.  I love what I do but it is such a small part of a wonderful work place.  BVH offer emotional support, educational support, and generally want you to fulfil your potential & embrace your strengths and try to improve your weaknesses.  To have management that care enough about each individual employee like they do is rare !! That’s tough to beat. 🙂  This naturally flows through to the quality of service provided & the quality of our team.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The saying, you don’t know what you have until its gone, is so true.  I miss my job terribly.  However I am now enjoying my other job of being a mum 🙂

I have an older brother and sister as well as 2 step brothers and 2 step sisters. I have 4 nieces (including twins) and a nephew. They all have their own quirks and are a bit crazy but it makes life fun and interesting

What do you like about being part of the Busso Vet family?

I love the fact that it is a family. Everybody cares about each other and are always willing to help when needed. Everyone genuinely wants to be there and always encourages one another to do their best. We all have fun on the good days and all pitch in and do what is needed on the harder more stressful days.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people that I work with and the opportunity to help and care for the many beloved pets that come here. It is always a joy to see and help bring a smile to an owner’s face and the happy wag of a tail or purr of delight from their pets as they come and go.

Erin – Veterinary Nurse

Where do you originate?
Originally from Busselton, my husband and I built a home in Capel and have been living there for just over 8 years now and love it.

Tell me about your family…..
I met my husband Todd when I was 16, married 8 years later and have been married for almost 5 year now. I have a 13 year old stepson, a 3 year old son and a 9 month old daughter who completes our family (except for a fur baby we hope to add to the mix soon!)

What do you like about being part of the Busso Vet family?
I love how they are as much of a family as my own family, the connection and the work relationships between staff are rare and amazing, everyone genuinely cares for everyone else. I also love how they welcome all pets into their hearts as if they were part of their own family, those types of bonds are important in this industry.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love the one on one interaction I get with most animals from start to finish. When they walk in the door and we meet them, help them, care for them and the bond/friendship that forms between us right up until we send them home. It’s a great feeling knowing we’ve done everything we can to make their lives better
